Get ready to tap, twirl, click or clap along to a morning filled with upbeat blue grass and swing jazz tunes.

When you think of jazz, violin is not the first instrument that comes to mind. Join Phoebe Haselden and Andrew Scott for a swinging and bubbly time as they share the infectious toe tapping sounds of jazz violin with accordion and piano.

Andrew Scott is an exhilarating performer, talented arranger and formidable composer. Having graduated from the preeminent Sydney Conservatorium of Music with a Bachelor in Music Performance, he went on to pursue his passion for Film Scoring with a Graduate Diploma at the Australian Film and Television School. Andrew is as comfortable on the stage of a Jazz club as he is producing scores in the studio and balances his easy-going attitude with an industrious work ethic.

Violinist Phoebe Haselden is a founding member of the Mimosa Duo. Phoebe studied with scholarship at the Sydney Conservatorium in classical music. Since graduating in 2009 Phoebe has performed on the Opera House mainstage and toured both locally and internationally including France and New Zealand.
