By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read the following Terms & Conditions and that you accept and will be bound by them. From time to time, they may be modified by Mini Musica Productions, as posted on this website. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not use this website. General Conditions
Mini Musica Productions is not liable to you for any claims, damages, compensation, losses, or expenses as a result of a Mini Musica concert being cancelled, postponed, or changed.

To the extent permitted by the law, you release Mini Musica Productions from any liability for any damage, loss, liability, or injury you may suffer in relation to your attendance at a concert, howsoever caused, including due to any negligence or other act or omission of Mini Musica Productions.

You agree to compensate Mini Musica Productions for any damage, loss, liability, or injury Mini Musica may suffer as a result of your wilful, reckless, or negligent acts or omissions at a concert.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own property when attending any venue associated with a Mini Musica concert.
Mini Musica Productions may choose not to enforce some of these terms in some cases. That does not mean that Mini Musica Productions has waived its right to enforce some or all of them as it sees fit.

Your agreement with Mini Musica Productions for the purchase of a ticket is subject to the policies of the venues in which the Mini Musica performs and the Australian Consumer Law.

Mini Musica Productions regularly adds, changes, deletes, updates information, including, without limitation, the terms of use of this website. Mini Musica Productions assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the website.
