Get ready for a whole lot of joie de vivre and infectious fun! Join violin virtuosos George Washingmachine and French fairy Phoebe as they will swing their way through the cobbled streets of the Marais, encounter some frenchy inspired tunes and entice with sweet “violining” and gipsy jazz.
Jazz violinist, vocalist, and visual artist. George is a living legend of the entertainment industry. He has worked in television, theatre & film. George finds the greatest pleasure though in travelling around Australia and various parts of the world playing music and making art.
Violinist Phoebe Haselden is a founding member of the Mimosa Duo. Phoebe studied with scholarship at the Sydney Conservatorium in classical music. Since graduating in 2009 Phoebe has performed at the Opera House and toured both locally and internationally including France and New Zealand.
